MasterMover demonstrator shipping crate delivery 🚛

Our customer MasterMover, based just up the road from us in Ashbourne Derbyshire, asked us to design and build a set of custom shipping crates that could be used to safely and securely ship their range of new demonstration tugs and AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) to client sites and shows around the world.

The brief was to build a crate that the heavy-weight tugs can be easily and safely loaded into under their own power via an inbuilt ramp, secured in position, along with various attachments and tools in the other end of the crate on drawers, which are lined with pre-cut foam inserts, also made in-house at Acres. The crates can be moved by forklift, and strapped down securely for transport by truck, air or container.
They are also finished in the exact same yellow and black scheme that their tugs are known for, giving a seamless impression to prospective customers when delivered and opened.
