Our Capabilities
We can cut virtually any material up to 100mm thick with a 0.4mm/m accuracy. We offer a very fast turnaround and stock many types of plastic and foam, amongst other materials.
Materials commonly cut using water jet technology include Metals (almost all types of metals can be cut using water jet cutting, including steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, and titanium), Stone and Tiles, Glass, Plastics and Composites (various types of plastics, from acrylics to high-density polyethylene (HDPE), can be cut using water jets. This also includes composite materials like fiberglass), Rubber and Foam, Wood and Plywood, Textiles and Fabrics Ceramics and Exotic/ Advanced Materials (like bullet-proof Kevlar and other high-strength composites).
