Powdercoat painting is a process where a dry, free-flowing powder is applied electrostatically to a surface. After application, it’s cured under heat create a durable, hard finish. Our Capabilities
We stock a multitude of colours and can paint items up to 2.5m x 2.5m x 4m long.
Our robust powder coating process aims to deliver the highest possible quality. Starting with pre-treatment and pre-heating, our trained and experienced team then apply the powder paint to the product before stove enamelling. Post paint our Paint Process Inspector uses a ultrasonic thickness gauge to measure the thickness of the paint and check for visual sign off.
