Design and manufacture a Press Tooling Trolley to drawing number: 2012-08-9501.
Design Specification:
The trolley is manufactured from mild steel box section to create the main framework. This is fitted with spring loaded rollers to carry the press tooling, and the base has a nylon 6 sheet. The trolley is fitted with 4 off 100mm non marking blue elastic tyred swivel with brake castors. Each castor has a working load of 125kg.
Approximate overall size of the trolley – 1000mm (H) x 900mm (W) x 900mm (L).
