BSI ISO 9001:2015 is a globally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). Published by the International Organization for Standardisation (ISO), it specifies requirements for a QMS that organisations can use to ensure they consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. Here are key aspects of BSI ISO 9001:2015:
