Acres Engineering comply with UKCA.

9th August 2023

Following the UK’s departure from the European Union, UKCA was introduced in January 2021, as a mandatory product marking. UKCA, which stands for the United Kingdom Conformity Assessment, serves as a product marking that certifies compliance with the required UK regulatory standards. With this marking, businesses demonstrate their compliance with the necessary product safety and quality standards in the UK market.

After BREXIT, products placed on the EU market are specified by CE marking. Whilst, products placed on the market in the UK, will now utilize UKCA marking.

Acres Engineering is committed to maintaining compliance with UKCA requirements. Our products are designed to meet the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental regulations. In this blog post, we emphasize our dedication to consumer safety.

As ever, we remain a committed supplier to provide engineered solutions that our clients can rely on with complete confidence. Furthermore, to ensure adherence to these regulations, our Design team participated in an insightful online Webinar. As part of the CE Marking Association Workshop series, the courses give a comprehensive overview of the responsibilities and regulations for businesses.
