Tool Room Work Bench
Scope of work:
Attend site and evaluate requirements. Produce a CAD design based on sketches by customer and manufacture a tool room work bench to drawing number 2012-03-9053.
The work bench has been manufactured from 40mm x 40mm box section and 1.2mm CR4 mild steel sheet. The assembly has 11 off drawers which pull out to a full extension of 600mm and are fitted with ball bearing guided runners for durability. The work top is made from 40mm thick Formica.
The work bench has been fitted with 1x 240v plug socket, 1x 110v plug socket and 1x 1/4 inch Shrader quick release airline valve adaptor. 1x Low voltage high power moveable work light has been fitted to the top of the upstand.
The tool room work bench dimensions are 1000m (W) x 1000mm (H)x 750mm (D) with a 450mm rear upstand.
