Design and manufacture flow rack to drawing number: 2012-06-9337. Transport to site and install in situ.
Design Specification:
8m (L) x 2.5m (W) x 2.5m (H).
The frame is manufactured from 40mm box section and 25mm diameter circular tube.
The unit is supplied with a sliding door mechanism consisting of 2 off rails, suported by 6 off brackets with 10 off hangers (5 per curtain).
The 6 off rails (3 feed / 3 return) of the racking protrude 500mm from the frame work at the end. Each rail is capable of storing 25 off hangers/ 50 off parts and has a max loading capacity of 750kg.
The assembly is mounted on 125mm swivel with brake castors.
