Design and manufacture Hospital Bay ITT Workstation to drawing 2012-09-9540.
The hospital pay ITT workstation will be fabricated with a 25mm x 25mm x 3mm box section frame work. The panels, drawers and cupboard will be formed from 1.2mm cold rolled mild steel sheet.
The 4 off drawers will be fitted with drawer slides with 75% extension. Both the drawers and cupboard will all feature locks, so that equipment can be stored securely. The work surface will be 18mm far eastern plywood which has 3mm thick plain rubber bonded to its top. The workstation will be assembled with 160mm diameter castors 2 off swivel with brakes and 2 off fixed.
The ITT equipment will be housed on the rear upstand. There will be: >Two off double switched 13A sockets, cabled through diagonal bench trunking. >A 3m flying lead with a 13Amp plug (incorporating an earth leakage protection) from the trunking to connect the sockets to a local wall socket.
Approximate overall size – 600mm (D) x 1200mm (W) x 1650mm (H) (900mm in height to the work surface).
