Produce CAD drawings and manufacture Inload Offload Cell Rack to drawing number AD-13-2012-09-1
Fabricate framework from 40mm box section, with 18mm far eastern plywood shelves. The rack must hold 15 off Makino fixture wheels (3 off shelves with 5 locations in each). The shelves will be set at a 25 degree angle to allow easy removal of parts. To avoid pipework on the wall where the rack is to be located it will have 25mm stand offs and brackets to bolt to the wall.
Approximate overall size – 1500mm (W) x 1350 (H) x 350mm (D).
