Manufacture Lockable Batch Rack Trolleys to drawing number 2012-10-9602
The frame will be manufactured from 30mm x 30mm box section with pressed shelves and a handle formed from 25.4mm x 3mm circular tube.
The rear, top and sides will be fitted with weld mesh panels and the front an angle framed hinged lockable door in filled with weld mesh.
To maneuverer the unit it will be fitted with 4 off non marking blue elastic tyred 125mm castors 2 off fixed and 2 off swivel with brakes.
4 off trolleys will be 3 shelves high and 3 off boxes wide
Approximate overall size – 1900mm (H) x 1300mm (W) 650mm (D)

The metalwork will be powder coated to give a hard wearing durable finish.
