Plate Rack Design.
The racks are fabricated from 25mm x 25mm x 2 mm box section with 5mm bolt down plates with 12mm diameter holes. The main frame also feature 54 off shelves (18 rows of 3). The shelves aree cut to size from 9mm far eastern plywood shelves, as is the exterior cladding. All plywood is varnished to reduce the risk if splinters.
The front left / right hand face is fitted with protruding 3mm nylon 6 strips in order to prevent metal to metal contact. This is held in place by inset 25mm x 2mm flat (punched).
The metalwork is powder coated in RAL 6010 (Middle Grass Green) to give a hard wearing durable finish.
