AD-214-2013-05 – TBF Tool Room Bench And Cupboard

TBF Tool Room Bench and Cupboard Design.

The bench is fabricated from 40mm x 40mm box section and 1.2mm CNC formed sheet for the outer panels, drawers and cupboards. The worktop is made from 40mm thick grey Formica. All drawers are fitted with 100% extension ball bearing slides. 6 off 240 volt double sockets in aluminium trunking run along the back of the worktop and in the centre is a monitor storage cupboard with a clear polycarbonate door. It also features 2 off full motion cantilever monitor brackets fitted to the 600mm high rear up stand back.

Approximate overall size – 2000mm (W) x 800mm (D) x 1550mm (H) the worktop height will be 950mm

The cupboard is fabricated from 40mm x 40mm box section and 1.2mm CNC formed sheet for the outer panels and cupboards. The worktop is made from 40mm thick grey Formica. Inside the cupboard are shelves from 9mm thick far eastern plywood. This also features a 600mm high rear up stand.

Approximate overall size – 800mm (W) x 800mm (D) x 1500mm (H) the worktop height will be 900mm

Both bench and cupboard are powder coated in light grey RAL 7035 to give a hard wearing durable finish and all drawers and cupboards are fitted with quarter turn camlocks.
