Project Scope:
Produce CAD design and manufacture AETC Transport Trolleys.
Design Scope:
The AETC transport trolleys have been designed to safely transport wax moulds of varying shapes and sizes. The trolleys will typically be transported in a long wheel base transit van.
The trolleys have been manufactured from 25mm x 25mm SHS and 25mm x 25mm RSA for the main framework and shelves. There are 5 channels for the shelves to sit on depending on the size of the wax moulds with 300mm spacing between each. Featuring 4 off 200mm diameter non marking, high load casters- 2 off swivel, 2 off swivel with brake for maneuverability.
The shelves have been water jet cut from 20mm thick HDPE300 and feature varying mounting hole locations and diameters based on an existing configuration.
Approximate overall size – 1000mm (L) x 680mm (W) x 1320mm (H).
