The new ASRS prototype train consisting of two linked trolleys has been manufactured and designed by Acres.
This new trolley has been made adaptable with many modifications, features and enhancements.
The ASRS train has a Chain Drive ‘Ackerman’ steering system with a drop-down tow bar at each end for easy manoeuvrability. The prototype trolley includes process, quality and efficiency amongst other considerations.
Additional safety features have been added to the ASRS – including 2x Beacon Lights connected to the Tow Tug and dampening rollers on the top bed to ensure that boxes and goods cannot roll down steep beds dangerously.
Acres are currently developing this ASRS further with an additional cost for top-shelf breaking and other modifications dependent upon our client’s wishes and valued input – ensuring the top quality and fitting our multi-tier client’s requirements.
