Scope:

Axle Shaft Support Pallets are designed to securely hold and support 2 axle shafts during transportation, handling, and assembly. These pallets prioritise part protection, operator safety, and ease of use.

Key Features:

Main frame: Fabricated from robust box section steel for superior strength and longevity.

Accessibility: Designed with forklift truck (FLT) and pallet truck access for easy handling and mobility.

Support Sections: Top face equipped with nylon rollers to:

Protect axle shafts from surface damage.

Allow shafts to be easily rotated while positioned on the pallet.

Load Capacity: Safe Working Load (SWL) of 500 kg per pallet.

Part Accommodation: Designed to securely locate and support shafts with an outer diameter (OD) of 175 mm.

Finish: Durable powder-coated surface for enhanced protection against wear and corrosion. RAL 9005 Black

Dimensions: Approximately 2200mm (Width) x 1200mm (Depth) x 400mm (Height).
