The Booking In Trolley has been designed for a large international aerospace OEM specifically for the booking in of out sourced parts for the customer to help make the process more efficient.
The booking in trolley features 3 off shelves to locate the parts easily. Each shelf consists of an angle frame with a PE 300 6mm thick plastic base. The front of the trolley conveniently supports a waste bin while the rear has a shelf for unpacking the parts. Both these features ensure the booking in of the parts can be completed quickly all within the one trolley. Beneath the shelf there is a storage area for admin equipment such as bags, pens and tape, again to facilitate all aspects of the job.
The unit has been powder coated in Blue BS 4800 20 D 45 to give a long-lasting and durable finish. It has been assembled with 4 off castors with steel centred wheels and blue rubber tyres, 2 off swivel with brake and 2 off fixed.
