“C” Class Kit Box Media Cabinet – REF 2017-02-13305
The “C” Class Kit Box Media Cabinet has been designed and manufactured for a local Aerospace OEM for use within the Logistic centre to store “C” Class Kit Boxes.
The unit has been manufactured from 25mm box section for the main frame and a 25mm handle on one side for maneuverability. The frame work is manufactured from a thin walled box section to provide an optimum strength vs weight solution.
The cabinet has 2 rows of 9 drawers(18 drawers in total) which are made from formed mild steel sheet. the drawers have the capability to hold euro containers up to 180mm x 600mm x 400mm. The drawers are attached to the frame using ball bearing draw slides.
The drawers feature a rubber inlay in the bottom of them to protect the euro containers from the metal drawers.
The unit is assembled with 4 x 100mm swivel with brake castors. the castors feature an elastic rubber tyre on nylon centred wheel.
The trolley has been powder coat finished in BS 4800 20-D-45 Blue to give a hard wearing durable finish.
Approximate overall Dimensions: 1025mm (W) x 725mm (L) x 1914mm (H).
