The C Class trolleys have been designed for a large international aerospace OEM to hold Euroboxes containing parts used in the engine build process. The units are also designed so that multiple trolleys can be joined together.
The trolley has had some functionality added to provide benefits such as allowing either 600mm boxes or 400mm boxes to be stored on the bottom shelf. Also the cross members have been relocated in order to provide support for the box lids, allowing the operators to easily view the box contents.
The main frame of the C Class trolleys have been manufactured from 25mm box section with 40mm angle to support the euroboxes. The top and mid shelves have been fitted with infill 2mm mild steel sheet. The trolley has been assembled with 4off 125mm swivel with brake castors. The trolley has also been fitted with M10 anti luce latches (the anti luce locates with profiled plate on the opposite side of the trolley).
The trolleys have been powder coat finished in BS4800 20D45 Blue. to provide a hard wearing durable finish. A traffolytte tag has been affixed to each trolley for identification.
