C Class Trolley
The C Class Trolley has been redesigned and manufactured for a Midlands based Aerospace OEM to hold euro boxes in conjunction with existing media.
The framework has been manufactured from 25 x 25 steel box section and 40 x 40 angle section formed to stop parts from displacing during transport. The top two shelves are made from thin mild steel sheet angled shallowly enough to allow easy access to boxes.
The unit includes a spring pin operated fold down side shelf to support an additional euro box. The bottom shelf accommodates a 600mm x 400mm euro box. Cross members have been relocated to allow operators to easily lift lids to view box contents. The unit also features a handle and four swivel brake castors to allow the operator to manoeuvre the trolley easily.
The trolley’s height makes it ideal for a wide variety of uses, such as a team leader lectern or a visual management tool for kitting.
The unit has been powder coated in blue, providing a hard wearing, long lasting finish.
