Cleaning Trolley – REF 2016-07-12819

The Cleaning Trolley has been designed and manufactured for a local Aerospace OEM for storing cleaning equipment within the machining facility.

The trolley’s frame work was manufactured from 20mm x 20mm box section. The frame work is manufactured from a thin walled box section to provide an optimum strength vs weight solution. The base panel is a laser cut and formed plate.

The trolley features a shadow board for the various cleaning tools that will be attached on to the trolley. The shadow board is attached to plywood which is bolted to the main frame work. On the shadow board there is a series of clips which hold the cleaning equipment.

The cleaning equipment that it holds include:

1x long handled brush, 1x dust pan, 1x small dust pan and brush, 1x mop and bucket, 10x eraser blocks, 1x window and mirror cleaner, 1x multipurpose cleaner, 1x protective glasses and 1x heavy duty foam cleaner.

The trolley has 4 100mm swivel with break castors. These castors have blue elastic tyres and black plastic centres.

The trolley has been powder coat finished in Light Grey RAL 7035 to give a hard wearing durable finish.
