Design and manufacture a simple adjustable solution to support our disassembly / assembly process of a complex product – featuring a top bar that can be adjusted to match the various heights we require.

The set of large, heavy-duty trestles, has been specifically designed to support the disassembly and assembly of a complex product. The trestles are built with robust, industrial-grade materials, making them durable and capable of handling heavy loads while ensuring stability and safety. They are equipped with a versatile height-adjustment mechanism, allowing users to customise the working height according to various assembly or disassembly tasks. This adaptability makes them suitable for a range of activities, from working on lower sections of machinery to reaching upper parts safely.

Certified to meet strict safety standards, the trestles provide a reliable platform, ensuring the safe working load capacity is sufficient to support large components or equipment. The design incorporates non-slip surfaces, reinforced frames, and secure locking mechanisms to prevent unwanted shifts during use, prioritising worker safety in demanding industrial environments.
