The Desiccant Storage Station has been designed and manufactured for a local aerospace OEM to hold 20 boxes of oil spill material.
The boxes stand on gravity rollers in 4 columns wide and 3 rows deep, with additional space on the roof to hold 10 spare boxes. The bottom of the station has been designed to hold 8 rolls of plastic sheet, these will sit on 2 shelves inclined so the rolls will always come to rest at the front for easy access.
The main frame has been constructed from 30 x 30mm SHS and formed sheet steel. The base features 4 off 100mm dia swivel castors with brakes for manoeuvrability.
Approx. dimensions: 1300mm (W) x 1150mm (D) x 1800mm (H).
Mild Steel parts have been powder coated in Blue 20 D 45 to provide a hard wearing durable finish.
