Flower Cutting Station – REF 2017-03-13427
The flower cutting station has been manufactured for a new Acres customer. The solution was produced based on an existing cutting station already in use. The design will feature a guillotine that will allow the operator to trim flower stems down to size in bunches.
The solution features a mild steel frame with an 18mm thick plywood top surface. Mild steel strips provide a reference point to assist with cutting stems to the correct length. To one end is a location to hold a drop in bin to catch the off cut stems. Galvanised panelling ensures off cuts reach the bin.
The station has been powder coated in Blue BS 20 D 45 to give a hard wearing durable finish.
