The ‘Pre-Fire’ Furnace Trolley has been designed and manufactured to assist with safe and easy loading/unloading of Ceramic Turbine Blade Moulds.
Acres Engineering secured another order with our client in the Aerospace sector to supply another batch of the trolleys. Designed, Fabricated, Powder Coated and Assembled in house here at Acres.
The trolleys are used to remove the hot blade moulds from a furnace onto an automated conveyor system for cooling.
Features:
- The top of the trolleys are fitted with high temperature roller wheels to create a bed, allowing ease of movement when loading/unloading.
- Approximate overall size – 700mm (W) x 700mm (D) x 800mm (H)
