Hot Creep Form Process Transportation Boxes
Scope of work:
Design and manufacture transportation boxes for products manufactured using a hot creep form process.
Design Specifications:
The transport box assembly is comprised of an outer sack truck style frame fabricated from 25mm x 25mm angle and 25mm circular hollow section tube. The plastic box sits in the angle base frame and is held securely in place via a 25mm x 3mm flat support strap around the outside of the box. 2 off 80mm diameter red polyurethane on white nylon wheels enable the unit to be moved. An A4 size document pocket is fitted to the side of the trolley.
Approximate sizes – 770mm h x 350mm w x 300mm d with 5 off sections at 340mm id x 55mm id.
The base of the boxes will have a row of 30mm od holes in each section to allow any debris to escape.
Handle height of the units will be 940mm.
