IBR FOD Reducing WIP Storage Trolley
The IBR FOD Reducing WIP Storage Trolley has been designed and manufactured for a subsidiary of a leading aerospace company to allow easy transport and storage of billets or tooling. The unit is to prevent the build-up of FOD including dust, swarf, etc.
The trolley can be easily moved around the workshop using the 25mm handle at one end which is set at the same height as the other trolleys onsite manufactured by Acres. The main framework has been manufactured using 30mm box section with a thin wall to provide an optimum strength vs weight solution.
The shelves have been manufactured from a formed up mild steel plate to add strength and rigidity. These shelves feature cut outs in to allow for access debris to fall through.
The trolley features 2 swivel with brake castors and 2 fixed castors which will improve manoeuvrability.
The unit has been powder coated in blue to provide a hard wearing, long lasting finish.
