Large Spare Parts Box

This Large spare parts box has been designed and manufactured to provide a solution to our client for the storage and security of steam turbines maintenance parts onsite at or nearby the customers facility.

The solution has been supplied to protect the parts from corrosion and allow them to be easily accessed and visually identified. It is secure to prevent parts from being removed without authorisation.

The solution has a lockable drawer system featuring a roller shutter door and pull out drawers.

The drawers house colour coded foam parts trays which have been CNC cut to suit each individual part. Each cut out has a separate recess for a part identification label.

The foams are enclosed in an anti-corrosion bag with a zipped top to seal the units and still allow them to fit into the drawers.

This system will reduce the time it takes to identify specific parts, reduce the risk of missing parts, allow more accurate stock control resulting in a more efficient parts storage and longevity of the stored parts. The solution encourages time and cost saving through the use of intelligent design and the latest corrosion protection technology.
