The layout workbench has been designed for a large midlands based aerospace client. The workbench will be used to lay out Annulas fillers and spacers during the assembly of gas turbine engines.
The workbench has been manufactured from 50mm x 50mm box section with a 40mm thick laminated worktop. The solution features an area to house a PC and printer and an arm to carry an LCD TV. A pull-out keyboard tray fabricated from 25mm box and 3mm sheet, has been situated under the worktop. A control box will also be mounted on the end of the bench to house air system controls.
A powder coat has been applied to all surfaces to give a long lasting, hard wearing finish.
Work bench approximate size – 5000mm (L) x 1200mm (W) x 1000mm (H)
Trolley approximate size – 1100mm (L) x 1100mm (W) x 850mm (H)
