A further 3 of the layout workbenches have been successfully delivered today.
The layout workbenches have been designed for a large midlands based aerospace OEM and will be used to lay out Annulas fillers and spacers during the assembly of gas turbine engines.
The workbench has been manufactured from 50mm x 50mm box section with a 40mm thick laminated worktop. The solution features an area to house a PC and printer and an arm to carry an LCD TV. A pull-out keyboard tray fabricated from 25mm box and 3mm sheet, has been situated under the worktop. A control box will also be mounted on the end of the bench to house air system controls.
A powder coat has been applied to all surfaces to give a long lasting, hard wearing finish.

Trolley approximate size – 1100mm (L) x 1100mm (W) x 850mm (H)
