Lifting Tool Storage Trolley – REF 2017-04-13554
The Lifting Tool Storage Trolley has been designed and manufactured for a Midlands based aerospace company. The trolley will be used to store and transport there lifting frame.
The trolley has been manufactured from 50mm x 50mm box section with support arms to hold the frame in place. The box section has a thin wall to provide an optimum strength vs weight solution.
The arms on the trolley will feature nylon pads to prevent metal to metal contact with the frame.
The trolley has been assembled with 4 off 160mm diameter castors, 2 swivel with brake castors and 2 fixed castors which feature an elastic rubber tyre on nylon centred wheel. The unit has swivel with break castors to improve maneuverability for the operators.
The trolley has been powder coated in green RAL 6005 to provide a hard wearing, long lasting finish.
