Scope

We proposed manufacturing spring-loaded trolleys for our customer to enhance efficiency, safety, and ease of use in their operations. The spring-loaded mechanism ensured automatic height adjustment, reducing strain on workers and improving ergonomics, which helped prevent workplace injuries. Additionally, these trolleys offered better load stability, minimising product damage during transport. By customising the design to meet the customer’s specific needs, we optimised their workflow, increased productivity, and provided a cost-effective material handling solution.
