The PlastiWeld 1300 plastic welding machine is designed to weld together polymers such as LDPE and HDPE polypropylene.
The machine is typically used for welding plastic pallets, totes, containers or boxes together allowing standard units to become custom sizes using a low cost and efficient method.

The heated welder block featured on the PlastiWeld 1300 is 500mm high and 1250mm long. The machine is fully guarded with a light guard at the loading end.
The machine is controlled via a touch screen and provides the user the ability to input/ save different project specifications.
To facilitate the varying sizes there is a jig fixing frame which is manufactured with M8 holes having 50mm hole centres. This is made to allow customer manufactured jigs to be fitted directly to the tables.
The PlastiWeld machine will be fitted with a 63A 400V plug, therefore a suitable socket must be installed prior to commissioning.
The air supply is connected via a 10mm push fit connector and requires 0.6 MPa (6.0 Bar) pressure delivery to operate the pneumatic moving parts correctly.
