Post Shell Trolley Design.
This trolley allows moulds on plastic trays to exit the ASRS conveyor onto a roller bed on top of the trolley. A locking mechanism operated from the handle end of the trolley securely holds the tray and mould in position.
To manoeuvre the trolley it has been fitted with 160mm diameter castors with blue elastic non marking tyres, 2 off fixed and 2 off swivel with brake.
The trolley has been powder coat finished in Ivory RAL 9001. Approximate overall size – 900mm (H) 740mm (W) x 900mm (L).
