Refurbish Swarf Skips.
The Refurbish Swarf Skips have been completed for a subsidiary of a leading aerospace company. The customer had a number of existing skips that required some work to bring them back to the original condition.
The skips were given a standard refurbishment which involved stripping them down, repairing and replacing worn components and tidying up the appearance.
Standard Refurbishment included:
>Striping down the current unit
>Replace any damaged parts
>Grind off and replace castor brackets
>Shot blasting the metal structure
>Re-powder coating
>Reassembling the unit
The unit has been shot blasted and powder coated in Blue RAL 5007 to give a hard wearing durable finish.
