Ring Stillage Design
The stillage has been manufactured to carry rings horizontally in individual slots.
This trolley has been modified from the original design so that the internal frame/box is set horizontal for transportation and then raises to an angle of 30 deg for part removal by means of 2 gas struts on an hinged frame. This system has been implemented to assist in part extraction from the trolley.
The box for storing the parts has been manufactured from 6mm PE300 and has 10 x 25mm and 1 x 50 compartments.
The trolley has been powder coat finished in BS 4800 20-D-45 Blue.
