From customer correspondence and drawings issued, produce CAD drawings and manufacture Rotating Storage Pallet.
The rotating pallet has been designed specifically to suit aerospace machine tools for a local midlands based aerospace client. The design enables the client to safely store and access the machine tools within their facility.
Design Scope:
The base of the pallet features a turntable ring allowing the top section to rotate 180 degrees for access. Indexing pins drop into a hole on the base section of the turntable ring to lock it in position during use. Tool trays have also been included within the base to store corresponding tools.
Approximate overall size – 900mm (W) x 900mm (L) x 450mm (H) Not including tooling.
