The Rotor Cell Tables have been designed and manufactured for a local Aerospace OEM for use on their site in Germany so that operators can work on parts without metal to metal contact.
The tables have been manufactured from 40mm x 40mm box section. The box section has a thin wall to provide an optimum strength vs weight solution.
The unit is fitted with a 25mm thick plywood top with a rubber top bonded to that. The rubber is used so that there is no metal to metal contact.
The tables have been assembled with 4 off 125mm diameter castors, 4 swivel with brake which feature an elastic rubber tyre on nylon centred wheel. The unit has swivel with brake castors to improve maneuverability for the operators.
