Acres have just delivered a batch of stainless steel oven stillages to a leading Aerospace company in Derby.
The stillages were assembled with Polytetrafluoroethylen PTFE strips in order to meet the specified functional requirement of withstanding temperatures of up to 260°C.
The outside dimensions were restricted by the size of the oven, the inside dimensions were decided by the size of the component.
The support structures were positioned for best component handling orientation in order to improve the process and reduce the operation time.
