Supporting Stand.
The Supporting Stand has been designed and manufactured for an Acres client who is a leading supplier for technology-based products within the rail industry. The supporting stand allows operators to work on components at various heights.
The unit has been manufactured from 50mm box section with a thin wall to provide an optimum strength vs weight solution. A 42.8mm tube will slide inside of the box section to allow for the adjusability. There will be three height positions with 100mm spacings between each position. Welded top the tube, there is a mounting plate which allows components to be secured in place.
On the base of the unit, there is 5mm mild steel pads which have been welded to reduce the risk of rocking on uneven floor.
The unit has been powder coated in yellow RAL 1003 to provide a hard wearing, long lasting finish.
