The tooling shelves have been manufactured for a midlands based Aerospace OEM to Acres drawing number 2010-07-7576.
The solution has been designed and manufactured from 50mm x 50mm x 3mm square box section for the outer frame work with welmesh infill panels to the sides and back and a 1.2mm sheet steel infill panel to the top.
The solution consists of 4 off drawers which have been manufactured to the following dimensions:
2 off drawers at: 2100mm (W) x 1300mm (L) x 200mm (Deep)
2 off drawers at: 2100mm (W) x 1300mm (L) x 100mm (Deep)
Each drawer features a pair of 100% extension drawer slides with a SWL of 200kg per pair. Each drawer has been load tested to the required SWL and stickers have been added to the from of each drawer to clearly display this.
The solution has been powder coated in RAL 20D45 Blue to provide a long lasting hard wearing finish.
