13 Tray Trolley
The 13 Tray Trolley has been designed and manufactured for a Midlands based Aerospace OEM to efficiently transport and store euro crates containing production parts.
The framework has been manufactured from 25 x 25 steel box section to provide a strong, lightweight structure. The shelves are formed from 25 x 25 angle section to stop parts from displacing during transport.
This unit has 13 shelves with 100mm spacing between each level. The unit is fitted with 125mm diameter castors, with swivel brakes on one end and fixed on the other. Rubber tyres have been chosen to reduce vibration caused by uneven flooring. An A4 steel document pocket to carry documents with the trolley is optional.
The maximum load the unit can withstand is 235kg.
The unit has been powder coated in light grey, providing a hard wearing, long lasting finish.
