Acres have just completed a batch of 84 tray trolleys to a subsidiary of a leading aerospace company who manufacture ceramic moulds.
The trolleys hold stainless steel trays on which ceramic moulds are manufactured. Designed to hold a preferred ‘WIP’ batch size whilst maintaining stability and meeting the sites health and safety requirements.
The tray trolleys are 810mm (D) x 520mm (W) x 1600mm (H…). The trolleys are assembled with 125mm diameter steel centred wheels with a rubber tyre to reduce any vibration caused by uneven floors.
The trolley also features a steel document pocket to suit A4 paper to carry job ‘route sheets’. The pocket are 24mm deep and are flush with the outer edge of the frame to limit any potential damage when the trolley is in use.
