Turnover Manipulator:
We recently completed a successful design and development project with an internationally known electrical company. The project was to develop a turnover manipulator to assist with the assembly of electrical components onto modules used in their large wind turbines. The turnover manipulator allows 360 degree rotation of the component module chassis, giving unrestricted access during build up. Indexing pins to lock it into the required orientation for assembly of parts.
Manufactured from 25mm x 25mm box section for the base frame with pillar block bearings for smooth rotation and machined nylon fittings to hold the component chassis.
Approximate overall size – 1180mm (L) x 700mm (W) x 965mm.
