Acres complete another successful design and development project with an internationally known electrical company.
Since Manufacturing the Turnover Manipulator Trolley for our international client in the electrical sector, Acres secured another order with the team in China. The company required the product for their facilities as they plan to build a new testing lab.
The Manipulator provides easy access to the part, allowing 360 degree rotation and indexing lock points to hold it in position for assembly of parts onto the main chassis. This eliminates the need for manual handling and as a result, reduces risk of injury.
Features
Manufactured from 25mm x 25mm box section for the base frame with pillar block bearings for smooth rotation.
Index pins to lock it in the required orientation for build up.
Approximate overall size – 1180mm (L) x 700mm (W) x 965mm to the centre rotation point.
