The whiteboard frame was designed to effectively mount a whiteboard on an easily manoeuvrable base. The resulting design displays performance management and quality improvement tools for use in the manufacture and assembly build lines of aerospace components.
Scope of work:
Visit site and evaluate customer requirements. Produce CAD design, drawings and manufacture based around existing proven Acres white board frame designs.
The white board is 2400mm x 1200mm and will be mounted onto a 30mm x 30mm x 3mm box section via a mounting plate and fixings. The extending legs are made out of 25mm x 25mm x 3mm which extend out from the 30mm x 30mm x 3mm box section sleeve and lock into position. The unit is mounted 4 off 100 diameter, non marking, elastic tyre, swivel with brake castors.
