Job Title: Creative Marketing Specialist
💰 Hourly Rate: £16.00 p/h
🕜 10 hours per week
📍 Reporting to: Managing Director
What’s involved?
✅ Creating your own content – including photos, videos, and written posts – blog posts, product posts and more!
✅ A mix of on-site, work from home, and event attendance
✅ Keeping our audience engaged with fresh and exciting updates
✅ Evolving existing pages on our website via WordPress or creating new landing pages for events, campaigns, and industry-specific content
✅ Producing a monthly plan for content and marketing activities
✅ Providing a monthly overview/report of activities, performance, and key insights
✅ Taking real ownership of this function, bringing ideas, strategy, and consistency to our marketing efforts
✅ Hours can be worked on specific days or spread across the week to suit your schedule
What we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate for this marketing, content creation, and social media role should be organised, creative, and methodical, with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills. They must balance strategic planning with adaptability, using data insights to optimise content while maintaining brand consistency. Tech-savvy and proficient in digital tools, they should be able to manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring engaging and impactful messaging across platforms. Additionally:
🔹 Experience with WordPress (essential)
🔹 Experience with SEO
🔹 Familiarity with AI tools like Canva, ChatGPT, and other content creation tools (a bonus!)
🔹 Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools
🔹 Someone who can bring energy, creativity, and initiative to the role – taking full ownership of our marketing and social media
