Armored vehicle driver’s hatch trolley

Scope

Constructed from heavy-gauge mild steel, with a thick steel plate top and supports for the hatch and hinge pins, the trolley features a handle and heavy duty castors for manual handling and forklift pockets.
Powder coated in RAL 5002 blue, and load tested in-house to a SWL of 350KG.

We design and manufacture custom trolleys, stillages, supports, jigs for all sectors including automotive, aerospace, marine, rail, energy (gas, electric, oil, hydrogen) and military purposes – to assist with manufacturing, reconditioning and transport of critical parts.

– Laser cut steel tube
– Laser cut steel sheet/plate
– Press brake
– Waterjet cutting
– Welding & finishing
– Powder coating
– Final assembly, load testing & inspection
