Acres Engineering thanks team with Wild West summer celebration
Yeehaw! Acres Engineering thanks employees with a Summer Celebration, with a Western twist!
Last week, Acres Engineering thanked employees for their phenomenal hard work and commitment, with a Wild West-themed Summer Celebration.
Company grounds transformed into a lively Western frontier. Employees were surprised with a bucking bull-riding machine, which stirred competitiveness amongst individuals trying to beat each other’s scores. Although, the sights and smoky smells from Acres’ own hand-crafted BBQ (dubbed the “game-changer” when it debuted in 2022) made everyone hungry for some tempting treats, including beautiful burgers and sizzling sausages.
Amidst the celebrations, colleagues mixed, mingled, chatted and chuckled over a barreled beer, which was set onto our StrongHold Trestles.
Managing Director, Luke Parker and HR Manager, Alice Parker believe it’s fundamental to value and recognize employee contributions to the business. In 2022, Managers expressed their gratitude with an Acres Summer BBQ and provided staff with Fruit at Work. Treating our employees with respect and fairness, ensures they will be much more productive and dedicated to delivering high-quality products to clients.
