BBC Radio Derby’s Becky Measures Visits to discuss National Apprenticeship Week
It was great to welcome Becky Measures from BBC Radio Derby down to Acres Engineering HQ in Melbourne to discuss National Apprenticeship Week.
Becky was chatting to some of our fabulous apprentices – past and present – about their experiences.
She came down to catch up with us after our national Manufacturing Impact win at the Make UK awards which was given for our commitment to supporting young people in manufacturing through employing apprentices every year as well as a range of other initiatives.
Becky chatted to current apprentices Yasmin and Lewis as well as Ryan who is now a team leader following his apprenticeship and about to embark on a degree course with us.
